In Oregon you will be able to grow up to 4 plants per residence, Sounds like they aren't going to "tax the hell out of it" like the potheads wanted them to.

Although Oregon’s law doesn’t go into effect until next July, Portland announced they willl no longer prosecute marajuana crimes.
