He should be impeached. Kill amnesty and Obamacare by shutting down the government - ALL of it. Once Obama caves, then impeach him. Simple.

Tie the amnesty act to defunding Obama care. He will have to veto it. Tie the Keystone pipeline bill to funding the government. Let him veto that. Then the Republicans can turn the trick on him and say he shut down the government.
