If the Army is like the Air Force, back in the day when the first females entered pilot training, no-nonsense hard as hell, fast-paced, strict-grading pilot training, the Air Force took steps to ensure at least ONE female graduated no matter how ‘bad the ‘good’ one was. Had to practically staple a Samsonite handle on their back for some of them to carry them to graduation.
Pilot training standards were eased, pass/fail standards waived. . .

Why wouldn't a woman pass pilot training.
After all, some women, my mother included, ferried bombers across the North Atlantic in WW II.
