He can veto it.
And if he does, it’s going to be a pain to override his veto.
We’ll need at least 290 in the lower house and 67 in the upper house to override it.
The numbers just aren’t there....

If she even got the votes, cant eboma just stop it somehow? Sure he can VETO it, and congress would need 290 votes in the House and 67 votes in the Senate to override the bastard. Even after the GOP takes over, the Senate might be a problem, but "smart" politicians (and I'm not saying the GOP is smart) would take note and make those who vote against it pay in the next election.
