Ricky, Ricky, Ricky. Apparently you've forgotten that the lyin' king once said "Sooner or later, you've made enough money." Sounds like grubby gruber hasn't gotten there yet. Now, if he were a wall street tycoon and managed to swindle that kinda money, then we might be lookin' at some jail time. Guess the video tapes are a way for him to CYA. Otherwise, a side trip to Ft. Marcy Park might be in the "offing".

Because he’s a left-wing, anti-American, ivory tower elitist, just like the rest of the faculty.

“Why does Jonathan Gruber still have a job at MIT?”
1. Because they agree with him
2. Because they know that he wasn’t referring to them as part of the stupid populous because the MIT elitists are superior
3. The ends justify the means and Billy Bob and Joe the plumber are not intelligent enough to make an informed decision so it is ok to trick them.

Frankly I’m a lot less concerned about Gruber than I am the democrats who brought him in as a consultant on how to conspire against the American people.
Gruber himself is no different than 99% of college professors.
We aren’t getting the money back.

Gruber is probably a significant source of beaucoup Federal Dollar$ to help cover MIT’s overhead.

He has admitted to fraud, lying, and deciet.(sic)
From what I understand, he only advised the president to commit fraud, lie, and deceive. He was correct that the average voter is stupid. He merely told the president to rely on that stupidity if he wanted to get that garbage bill passed. The president is the one who committed the fraud, lying, and deceit.

Cause MIT is nothing but a bunch of Grubers itself.

But the real question is, why does Gruber still have a job at MIT? He has admitted to fraud, lying, and deciet. It's because marxists and their sympathizers believe that any behavior that promotes the proletariat in the class struggle is acceptable.

I can’t remember the name of the man from Hannity’s show who went there yesterday to get a statement from Gruber. The man who wouldn’t shut up could only say, “No comment”. If he is so proud of what he said you’d think he’d want to shout it to the world.

But the real question is, why does Gruber still have a job at MIT? Gruber was comfortable in his contempt for American citizens...
That type of comfort comes from living within a system where contempt is the norm. My guess is MIT's the group-think that birthed Gruber - not the other way around.
