Maybe they should have built it up at the North Pole.

If the Sun can melt the polar ice caps, as scientists claim, then it should be able to give enough energy to run this plant.

Okay, so what are they promising now... after the array is in full production. And what happens if it never fulfills its promises?

And who gets fired if it fails to meet projection?
