We’ll see. Obama DOES NOT have a strong hand here. If Cruz, Brat, and a few others can keep the Republicans steady, they may just pull it off.

The thought of Obama going before the public and explaining that that our precious federal government is shutdown because those nasty Republicans won’t give him the money to hand Amnesty to 5 Million Illegals is PRICELESS, and certainly a much tougher sell than saying that the Republicans are blocking “health insurance reform”.

The way I look at that is Barry never had a strong hand anywhere with anything. He has willing cannon fodder ready to jump on grenades. The classic house of sand. Hasn’t slowed his ‘progress’ yet. And thats because n one ever holds his ‘feet to the fire’ any more than we hold the GOPs.

If that’s untrue, then I have missed it entirely. Don’t get me wrong. I want to see him choke on this whole deal he created. But I just don’t see the GOP doing anything to help things in that direction. Quite the opposite.
