Read more carefully. He doesn’t say “in his face,” he says “remove the camera from my face” — Arman was filming Wilson’s face, when Wilson says he had agreed only to a voice recording.
We also don’t have the entire conversation on video; Wilson may have been closer to Arman earlier. Wilson may also be able to read a badge at that distance, so assumes others can as well; my eldest can and is always surprised when I want her to read things like that for me.
The law of this land is “innocent until proven guilty” — Wilson may not see things the way you do, but there’s no evidence here that he lied or that he did anything wrong.
You said, “Read more carefully. He doesnt say in his face, he says remove the camera from my face”
This is a distinction without a difference IMHO.
OMG...lol
Anyone reading Wilson's report would assume the resident had his camera right in Wilson's face.
Is this not true?
??
You suggesting this does not infer or suggest the camera was right in Wilson's face is laughable at best.
Come on now.
