Agree that there’s virtually nothing to the video. But read the arrest report.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/246727189/Ferguson-police-incident-report-Darren-Wilson-arrests-Mike-Arman

Arman wasn’t arrested for filming Wilson, he was arrested for “Failure to comply” — specifically, for refusing to take the summons Wilson was trying to give him. I do think Wilson has an “I’m just not playing this game today” attitude, but IMHO that in itself doesn’t make Wilson a bad cop. Wilson warns the guy, the guy argues with him, and he acts on the warning.

Interesting (post #77). But there’s still no reason for Officer Wilson to threaten the man for taking pictures.

No reason at all.

I read that report and based on the video, Officer Wilson filed a false report. He said he told the guy to put the camera down because it was in his face. When Wilson threatened to arrest the man for videotaping him, they were 10 feet or more apart. In the video, Wilson told the citizen he didn’t have the right to videotape him. That is false. Strangely, Wilson refused to tell the man his name and tried to defend it in the report by claiming the man could easily read it off his badge. At 10 feet away, that statement was highly dubious. Officer Wilson looks like a d*ck and a liar to me. If he lied then, can we believe anything he has said now? His job and freedom weren’t on the line when he filed this deceptive report.

I appreciate the report. I truly do.

I think less of the videographer after reading the report.

However, I'm much more concerned about Officer Wilson's veracity in written reports now. At best it smells to me as if Officer Wilson is fast and loose with the facts. At worst it appears to me that Officer Wilson lied in at least one written incident report.

I'd refer you to Askedwhy5times' post #91, although the video does not show whether the videographer previously had the camera in Officer WIlson's face.

If Officer Wilson exaggerated or misstated facts one incident reports, or simply made up facts, that goes to his credibility in the Brown report.

That doesn't mean was unjustified in his actions against Brown. It does mean that the incident may well not have happened exactly as Officer Brown reported.
