According to the Starr report, Clinton called Lewinsky at 2am to give her two pieces of news:
1. Betty Curries brother, the same one that has been beaten just before Currie had testified in Chinagate, was just killed by a hit and run driver.
2. Monica was now a witness against Clinton in the Jones sexual harassment lawsuit.
