Documents obtained by German public radio and television broadcasters NDR and WDR along with German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung detail the complex bureaucratic system set up by the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS) terrorist group.
The documents, which the reporters were allowed to peruse and copy in some cases, give extensive insight into the bureaucratic infrastructure IS has implemented in areas captured in Iraq and Syria. Among other things, they detail a complex health care and pension system, marriage benefits along with financial benefits to widows or wives of IS fighters captured in combat.

Yeah, come to fight for ISIS and you get free healthy care, pensions , a wife, marriage benefits and a free ticket to visit 72 virgins courtesy of the US Armed forces.
No wonder why Obama isn’t trying very hard to take them out. They had him at “....complex health care system”.
Yeah, it’s one thing to have “documents” detailing this bureaucracy, but quite another to actually implement. ISIS is trying to create an image of looking legit and compassionate, but the reality I’m sure is something else altogether.
Kind of like Democrats.
Did Gruber write them?
ISIS marriage benefits = buy a sex slave if you can’t afford a wife’s dower, marry a girl who expected to fight against the infidels, or get to inherit the new young widow of a dead guy
the really innovative intricate bureaucratic part of their system is butt raping you on video tape in order to blackmail you if you want to quit or prove unwilling to cut someone’s head off.
