Stephen Harper had a showdown with Vladimir Putin on Saturday, telling the Russian leader to “get out of Ukraine” in a dust-up at the Group of 20 summit in Australia.
Harper’s spokesman, Jason MacDonald, said the prime minister was speaking to a group of G20 leaders at a private leaders’ retreat on Saturday morning when Putin approached and extended his hand.
MacDonald said Harper told Putin: “I guess I’ll shake your hand but I have only one thing to say to you: You need to get out of Ukraine.”
According to MacDonald, Putin did not respond positively. He didn’t provide further details.
But a spokesman for the Russian delegation said Putin’s response was: “That’s impossible because we are not there.”

The reason is probably that half of Ukraine has moved to Canada over last 20 years.
And Barack Obama, the guy who armed the most violent fringe groups in the middle east is what?
He shouldn’t be allowed at these meetings either. Only Bibi, Canada’s Harper and Australia are holding the line in this 21st century nightmare.
One of my major accomplishments in life: helping Harper win for the Conservative Party in Canada in 06’ before immigrating to America. Good to know this country leader has balls to do what’s right instead of this clown from kenya who is a complete moron.
When is the United States government going to release it’s ‘evidence’ of Russia’s involvement? I’m not talking about the Ukie b.s. ginned up on social media either.

Yup LOL. Unfair really. Before Harper, I lived under 2 previously anti-American PM’s (especially during the Iraq War) and when I did leave, Harper is more American than the any Canuck PM.
