I suspect that the soon-to-be RINO-controlled Congress wants it to remain a secret that Congress can repeal executive orders. Congresss power to do so is evidenced by a clipping recently posted by 11th_VA which is shown below.
Im not sure how repealing a constitutionally indefensible executive order works. Maybe Congress makes a bill to repeal the E.O., and then when the president vetoes it Congress overturns the veto with 2/3 vote of each House. Insights welcome.
Also, maybe RINO-controlled Congress can overturn E.O.s that promoted the constitutionally unprotected gay agenda and likewise constitutionally indefensible federal land grabs, coal mining restrictions, EPA regulations, water rights issues, etc..
