I just posted this on another thread with respect to 'defunding' Obama's administration instead of 'impeaching' him directly. Defunding his administration has, in my opinion, a greater advantage to our probability of further gains in 2016. Being the target of impeachment gives him more of a soapbox to rev up his base than defunding would (a growing number of democrats approve of defunding). But, watch out, if we exercise that tactic with success, I would not put it past Obama's backroom handlers to gin up an attempt on his life leaving a false trail that points fingers toward "tea partiers", or "right wing radicals", or "ultra conservatives", etc. If I were Obama at this time, I would be very nervous about which team mate was at my six. I'd be pushing hard for an impeachment myself as it's far more conducive to a long and healthy life.

Obama has already claimed power to make immigration law unilaterally, maybe he will claim the power to fund the government unilaterally too?

Defunding his administration...

Congress doesn't print the money or have it transferred into recipients' checking accounts. Congress just pretends they're the ones approving funds...as it was years ago.

Department of Treasury has the presses and is under the Executive Branch...and that would be O.
