This is all coming out in a highly organized and sequenced fashion. Strikes me as something that was thought out and planned. Meaning the post-election release was a deliberate decision.

You are correct about the timing. It reminds me of the hoorrible Benghazi story being held back from America so Herr Obozo would be re elected.
However, there is nothing we can do about that.
We can skewer the rats with Gruber Gate until they develop a chronic problem to make them totally irrelevant.
