It’s going all according to plan........
They didn't understand what we were doing. The arms race was done to stop the nightmare of a nuclear World War III. That was the ethical underpinning of the idea. Russia's economy was smaller than California's ... the plan was NOT economically motivated.
Not so with what the Chinese are doing to us.
The Chinese want to bankrupt us over global warming silliness... for their own gain. There's nothing ethical going on with them...it's pure hunger to win.
Obama's a fool or he's in on it with them.
