Obama’s moves are suggesting a label of mental illness. How else to explain the bizarre America-punishing global warming agreement with the Chinese, the attempt to takeover the internet, the Berghdal swap etc., etc. He’s acting erratically and against the interests of the citizens. He seems angry at the “stupid Americans” and wants them to pay.
