All this posturing is because HE CAN. Who is going to stop him, Obama??

He KNOWS what Obama is all about- he may have been unsure at first, but he can count on Obama either being too incompetent to do anything OR actively HELPING him. He knows Obama has only one goal, helping the global caliphate take over. And I don’t think Putin wants to become Muslim
