No law or treaty may trump the Constitution no matter how ill informed people are. Any that does impede is considered null from inception. Poppycock. We have treaties on the books now that are enforced that wildly exceed the scope of Constitutionally enumerated powers. That is why, for example, treaties are cited specifically as authority in USC Title XVI, Section 1531.
