. . . smart gun technology needs further development and should not be regulated by the government . . .

No. I own products from multiple firearms companies. In the event that Glock makes a "smart"-gun, I will never again buy anything from Glock. The same for Ruger, Remington, and the rest. Any manufacturer, retailer, or website that makes or sells a "smart"-gun will go on my boycott list forever. I don't want a weapon that is designed not to function.

While I'd be okay in theory with the idea of those who like unreliable products buying one, in the politicized world where the Second Amendment no longer means what it actually says, that is not acceptable. I will respond with the nuclear option to any company that enables poison pill legislation - laws infringing on our right to keep and bear arms as soon as a "smart"-gun is on the market. That crime against freedom will be devastating to America, and I do not forgive such crimes. Ever.

I hope those who agree will contact all the firearms companies and retailers that are considering this dangerous product and let them know the huge price they will pay for treason. I have already written to every company I deal with to let them know.
