Outgoing Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe's office says he plans to pardon his son over a felony marijuana conviction.
Beebe spokesman Matt DeCample said the two-term Democratic governor planned to pardon his son, Kyle, who was convicted in 2003 of felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. DeCample said the pardon recommendation would be included in the final pardons issued by the governor early next month.

I'm going to get a pass from the press on this one because I treated my son no differently than I treat all other drug pushers in the Arkansas prison system ... and because I'm a Democrat.
How Huckabee-an of him.
He should either pardon all (or mostly all, there might be some marijuana convicts who deserve to be in prison for other reasons)... or none.
After ten years out (after the sentence or prison time)...I don’t see an issue with giving everyone a pardon. Doesn’t cost anyone pain or suffering....and it doesn’t change the punishment they got in the first-place.
Areal man wouldn’t do it, just a girlie man.
It’s great to be King.
Who s the Governor??
The exception might be a hardened criminal they could only get for pot.
It’s good to be the king.
