Arafat was a terrorist and a thief. He stole nearly $1 billion in monies that were supposed to go to improve the lives of the Palestinians.

He was right to steal it. What would they have done with improved lives? Probably invent new, inventive ways to self destruct and take anyone near them down with them. Right now, the best they can do is hit people with cars and come out with a knife. Let’s leave it at that.
