Yes, I can't argue that. But America as a nation has never been Christian. Not when our national policies have been so at odds with plain Bible teaching.

I'm not saying that there have not been Christians living here. There have. I'm not saying that Christ hasn't worked through America to accomplish His will, because He has.

But America cannot be called a Christian nation by anyone other than the likes of false teachers like Joel Olsteen and company. Not by anyone who truly understands Christianity as set forth in the New Testament.

Even if you’re right, I think it’s dangerous and opens us up to a lot of bad stuff if we turn away from our Judeo-Christian heritage, even atheists can understand that.

It’s not the country that is known as a country of a certain religion...It is the people...Israel is not jewish, but their people, for the most part, are...Same as with America...the people are, for the most part, Christian...
