I’m sure I wrong, but I can’t think of a time when a dictator willing gave up his dictatorship.
He is not the first American president dictator. If FDR would have lived beyond his 4th term, I think he would have run for a 5th.

Obama was elected because of his race - it had nothing to do with credentials, accomplishments, academic grades, or leadership.
The office of President is a leadership position called the Exectutive Office; the Office is co-equal to the Legislative Congress, and Supreme Court Judiciary.
This man has never led in anything; he constantly dithers.
The only attribute that he has been successful in has been "campaigning" and oratory when assisted with a teleprompter.
