It’s not something invented here. It happened in an actual court room. Debra Lafave’s lawyer argued that she was too pretty for prison.Well she was. She should have been let off scott-free.

Well she was. She should have been let off scott-free. Wrong - she should have received compensation for false arrest and frivolous prosecution.
