This is a recipe from my own kitchen that I eat regularly.) ..... a sandwich made with Rye Toast, generously buttered and slathered in Grape Jelly or (even better) preserves enclosing a layer of thick cut Bacon and two Jumbo Eggs lightly scrambled and sprinkled with Black Pepper.

Sounds wonderful. I’m going to try it. I do a variation on this that I eat frequently. One of my favorites. It’s toasted Brownberry Health Nut Bread, buttered, and slathered with first crunchy peanut butter, then slathered with grape preserves, and then layered with crispy fried bacon and topped with other piece of toasted, buttered bread. Delicious.
