That’s a good way to put it. Still, the long term goal must be to incrementally replace these good old boy establishment RINO types with true conservatives at every opportunity!

That is correct. Also - it’s important to takeover the State and County GOP committee seats. Positions are frequentry vacant and often there is no opposition. But the County Committees appoint the County Chairs who control election funds and have a lot of power.

Hey Scott, here's a list of the 34 Senate seats up for grabs in 2016. Pick one and start packing.

It's simple.

I will vote for a pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, pro-strong borders, pro free-market medicine, smaller government candidate.

I won't vote for a pro-abortion, gun-grabbing, socialized medicine, pro-amnesty, big government liberal.

You can see with that list why I couldn't vote for Romney.

If you vote for a liberal republican, you are a liberal.

Philosophically I agree with you but pragmatically, I held my nose and voted for McCain and Romney because, with all their faults they were not racists, REAL TOTAL gungrabbers, and they didn’t hate America, Christianity and western civilization like the racist bastand in the Oval Office does.

They are both liberals.

Pragmatically, I won't vote for a liberal.

You reward the GOP for being liberal. I'll politically take 'em out whenever I get a chance, primary or general election.

Besides, there are always more than 2 candidates on the ballot.

I surely don’t like losing to “win”.

But I would never vote for any Republican scumbag who would call me the word that this fat creep Havenstein used.

Never!

That philosophy put this clown in the White House - -twice.

I always go for the lesser of two evils when a realistic alternative is unavailable.

Fight them in the primaries. If you can’t take over an existing political party, your chances of starting a new one are remote.

Look at the commies. When they realized they couldn’t get elected as Communists, they infiltrated and co-opted the Democrat Party.

We have to do the same with the GOP.

America can’t endure another Obamabastard.

The voters ain’t stupid. If a liberal Republican offers the same stuff as a Democrat, I’d rater vote for the real deal.

I read one Conservative who voted for Lamar Alexander's opponent on Nov 4. This was his reasoning:

I had a horrible choice. I could vote for the Republicans who want to use immigration as the blunt instrument to destroy the white middle class and distribute my paltry amount of wealth to billionaires; or I could vote for Democrats who want to use immigration as a blunt instrument to destroy the white middle class and distribute my paltry amount of wealth to minorities and and the Third World.

I voted for the Democrat over Lamar Alexander in the Tennessee senatorial election. Lamar votes with the Democrats any way. Why not vote for the man who is honest enough to call himself a Democrat?

THIS is what the GOPe bastards do to us

I’m pretty much a Tea Party dude, but we’re talking New Hampshire here. So, Brown is about as conservative as you can go there and have a chance. I thought he ran a dang good campaign.

It’s these dang Libertarians who somehow find it necessary to siphon off 4 or 5% of the republican vote who royally tick me off. The dems are smart enough not to dilute their vote.

Your liberal republicans were unelectable, as was proven by the fact they weren't elected.

If you want to win, run a conservative, and quit rewarding the GOP when it moves left. They know that no matter how liberal they get, you will hold your nose and vote for the liberal republican.

And chances are, that liberal won't get elected.

I will fight liberals, even liberal Republican in the general election, too. You don't get to make rules for me on that.

You act like the GOP is entitled to those libertarian votes.

Importing a failed and disappointing Senator from another state was going to work so well

The GOPE is even trying to keep conservatives out of primaries these days

The libertarians that ran without a snow balls chance in hell cost seats

No they didn't. This is loser talk.

I agree with you. Brown was far from the ideal conservative, but given the realities of where he was running, I would have rather seen him win that Shaheen. Brown, at least, was good on defense issues and the like. We’re just not going to get a Ted Cruz or Ronald Reagan in Blue states like NH. Sometimes, half a loaf (or half a conservative) is the best you can hope for, realistically.

It's getting to be that running as a liberal republican is a political kiss of death these days.

Maybe the GOP should start running conservatives if they want to win.

How would you know? When is the last time a real conservative was run in NH?

Those votes are not “siphoned off”, those are human beings are who voting for the candidate they think should win. They have every right not to vote for your candidate.

I want to start a third party. So we conservatives can have a ballot spot for the times the GOPE gives us a Cochran or Cornyn.
