Money is the mother’s milk of politics. I somehow I doubt if a McCain or Romney-appointed AG would have gone after the bankers either. The difference would have been the media. With Holder, nary a word of criticism. With a Republican AG, we wouldn’t hear the end of it.

Neither McCain or Romney had the requisite character and integrity to be able to point out the failure of Penny Pritzker’s Chicago family owned Superior bank in 2001 for its innovations in subprime lending.
Wonder why that is.
