Voters put climate change policy in the hands of climate change denier

People who voted for the GOP in the congressional elections this week may be surprised to learn they chose a militant climate change denier to oversee federal efforts to deal with climate change. The widespread expectation is that, when Republicans take charge of the Senate in January, Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe, a vehement foe of those who believe human exploitation of fossil fuels is contributing to a sharp rise in global temperatures, will be chairman of the Environment and Public Works Committee.

No matter what they may have thought they were doing in the voting booths on Nov. 4, what voters did was put Jim Inhofe in charge of the future of the world.

That’s some slick word games the communist anarchists play. It’s not “climate change denier”, it’s “anthropogenic caused climate change denier”.

Trying to make someone look stupid with words they never, ever used. Just like the the Tina Faye, “I can see Russia from my house” slight of hand.

Why isn’t Obama taking credit for keeping the earth cool and keeping the oceans from rising for the past 6 years? He should be saying “See, it’s working! Look what I did.” Gee, why not?

The actual global temperature has nothing to do with the climate change movement. Just like the PPACA has nothing to do with citizens actual healthcare.

Think goodness! Someone has to bring the hot airheads down before they pop, and make a mess. As the ice at both poles expands and deepens, warming kookery becomes dangerous. Bring on the deniers, and give humanity a rest from the lunacy.

As opposed to the last election those who voted this time knew exactly what the stakes were and exactly what they were doing.
