Could other states make laws that address the issue of no insurance after license is issued with insurance and then is promptly dropped or not paid for? California should make a large fine for that but will not. I expect it to happen a lot.

Switch to a real ID drivers license. They had to appear in person at the DMV to get one.
I have been trying to figure out what that is about. Is it to help illegals get ID or stop them from using phony ID?
