He's bragging about dropping oil prices when he's prevented the pipeline, prevented drilling on federal land or offshore and tried to fight drilling on private land and fracking. Then his buddies in Saudi Arabia decide that they have to flood the market to try to kill US drilling and he jumps to the front of the parade. What a @)#)@( arrogant (@).
