I really like the part where he said, "To the 1/3 of voters I heard you, to the 2/3 that didn't vote, I really hear you".

Basically, he shit-canned the results of the election. He will do as he pleases.

As Mark Levin said, "he will go full Mussolini after the election". And yep, this press conference confirms it for me. Looks like I'll stock up on ammo, food, beer, toilet paper, and beer. Did I mention beer?
