Is it confirmed that Perdue won Georgia??

I think it was that he was ahead, and would end ahead, but without the 50% necessary to avoid a runoff.

That may change as more results come in. In any event, I don't see him losing the runoff. From the looks of it the Libertarian's votes were coming from him, not Nunn.
