Just as over year, younger voters come to the age of majority being utterly clueless about the hard-fought lessons of the past.

Is there still “Ostalgie”, nostalgia for the old DDR in Germany? One way to put a damper on that is the movie Das Leben die Anderen. Life under the constant eye of the Stasi.

Sadly, the social marketeers who are the “mainstream” don’t give them much of a choice, and propagandize non-stop against the evil free market and free society.

Unless those Osti's were the Stasi. Remember the shock following the collapse of the DDR when the full pervasiveness of the spying was revealed. Everybody was spying on everyone else, so no trials.

As an aside, one of the most despicable pieces of tele-journalism was Wolf Blitzer's fawning walk and talk with Markus Wolf. Blitzer treated him as some misunderstood elder statesman not the monster he was. Markus Wolf played him like a fiddle.

Have they had any governors from the green party, because then the only difference would be old versus new.
