Which of those three is a REAL conservative, in your estimation?
His mother is an American citizen and was old enough when he was born.
“And which canidate are you backing?”
Given there are no declared candidates, at this time I’m backing no one.
“What exactly is Mrs. Cruz’s position at Goldman Sachs? Does anyone have accurate information?”
Here is a link to her Linked-in Profile —
Here are links to two articles about her:

“Did you routinely size up all your business contacts that way for 30 years, or did you muster some maturity of perspective to recognize that not all persons who happen to be working in or with powerful entities are corrupt?”
During my business career I had several opportunities to engage with Goldman Sachs executives. My perception of the company is derived from those experiences and the experiences of other business executives I have known. Much has been written in the business press about the company and its questionable practices including advising clients on both sides of trades.
I do not believe everyone who works for Goldman is corrupt. I also don’t believe every person with close ties to Bill Ayers, Saul Alinsky, or Frank Marshall Davis is a leftist or socialist.
“Nice try.
Guilt by association is typically a leftist tactic.
BTW, what job does she hold? Do you know how she performs and how she votes?”
Guilt by association. So you are saying Barack Obama’s close ties to Frank Marshall Davis and Bill Ayers were nothing to be concerned about in 2008? How about Hillary Clinton’s relationship with Saul Alinsky? No doubt these were all just meaningless casual encounters.
With respect to Mrs. Cruz’s job, below is a link to a New York Times article discussing her role at Goldman.

I amy not privy to her performance appraisals nor have I had access to the ballots she casts in elections. We still have voting by secret ballot in this country.
Way too early to call a frontrunner, zero declared candidates.
NYT as your reference?
You have conflated guilt by association with close ties and following directives (when it comes to Alinski).
You are either rather stupid or a leftist troll, but then I repeat myself.
Begone!
There is something here that I don't understand, something that makes me uneasy differently than my usual distrust of politicians, but I can't get a clear read on it yet.
Not quite the "deja vu all over again" thing, but something familiar. The "I know this" feeling, like trying to remember a name on that's on the tip of your tongue, but you can't quite say it.
After Carter he got the greatest POTUS ever. So maybe this time we will have Reagan on Steriods.

Name calling and personalization - a leftist Alinksy tactic.
Lack of toleration for opposing points of view - definitely from the leftist playbook. Certainly not the philosophy of the founding fathers.
Senator Richard J. Durbin of Illinois, the Senates No. 2 Democrat, tried to push Mr. Cruz into admitting that he was on his wifes blue-chip Goldman health plan a sign of hypocrisy, he implied. And then Mrs. Cruzs boss, Goldmans chief executive, Lloyd C. Blankfein, turned up at the White House to urge against a devastating debt default, one of the issues with which Mr. Cruz had become closely associated.
I have to say, honestly, Im not involved with any of those issues at our firm, Mrs. Cruz said. And if her husband was evasive about where he got his health coverage, Mrs. Cruz was blunt.
Ted is on my health care plan, said Mrs. Cruz, who has worked in Goldmans investment management division for eight years.
Catherine Frazier, a spokeswoman for the senator, confirmed the coverage, which Goldman said was worth at least $20,000 a year. The senator is on his wifes plan, which comes at no cost to the taxpayer and reflects a personal decision about what works best for their family, she said.
That's really a good article, don't think I over excerpted it.... Thanks for posting it.
