I’m not voting.
The GOP will win but it will have no mandate.

Just deport the illegals. Then we’ll see how much support the Democrats have.

Didn’t we hear this in 2010? This “pyrrhic victory” noise sounds strangely familiar.

Hillary is hoping for a GOP win so she can fight against the Evil government

Really? You’re not interested in knocking Udall and Hickenlooper off their perches?

At the time they promised to repeal Obamacare and ended up leaving us stuck with it.
I’m not expecting change in the new year.

I’m tired of all of this talk of Pyrrhic victories: If we win, we lose, in other words. Total BS if you ask me. The Dems, of course, never think and act that way. They fight to win EVERY election and so should we.
To: ScottinVA
Yeah. Its just like the “Amnesty is a done deal” talk that comes up every 2 years.

When the GOP says “imigration reform”, it just means amnesty at a little slower pace with the GOP’s name on it.

They’re not my guys but let me put it this way: this election has put conservatives to sleep.
Its nothing like 2010. I remember I wanted to go and vote then - and I did. This year, I’m just not feeling it.

I'm voting. I hope we win.
If we don't win, then I think the GOP is useless and needs to be replaced.
If we do win, and do nothing but support Obama's agenda, then I think the GOP is useless and needs to be replaced.
After the election comes the real time for choosing. The GOP needs to sell itself to me -- starting on Nov 5.

A velly intelesting article! Worth reading just to read ideas not often seen in print, except in the Comments sections.
Will vote tomorrow. Conservatively.
To: Bratch
I agree. Should the GOP actually gain the majority in the senate and house tomorrow, their future survival depends upon whether or not they display some cojones and act like conservatives.
Should they not, it’s Katie bar the door. Repubs will become extinct - and CW-II will be a lot closer in the rear view mirror than it appears.
To: rhubarbk
I didn’t vote for Romney. I couldn’t stand him.
But after watching election coverage that night, I knew I wouldn’t get my country back.

They fight to win EVERY election and so should we.
That's why I'm working on new conversions among minorities. They can replace the weepy "conservatives" who curl up in the fetal position in the mud at the bottom of a foxhole every time things don't go their way.

If they prove themselves... they have my vote.
But I’m not expecting change next year.
