It does no good to Amend a Constitution that is NOT being OBEYED or ENFORCED! True, but one reason that it's so freely ignored is that there's no teeth
in violating it — some of these mandate high prices for doing that.

It does no good to Amend a Constitution that is NOT being OBEYED or ENFORCED! Actually, I think the Grand Jury Amendment would take care of that problem.
