From news reports here, the men they are looking for are black, NOT illegal aliens
When I moved to OC in the late 60s Santa Ana had a long established black population. Small but they had been there a long time. I doubt that there are many left, they’ve been shoved out by Mexico. That’s pretty much what is happening in LA’s South Central as well.
