Diversity training means acceptance or even celebration of abnormal behavior. Suppose you don’t like a neighbor, customer, or employee because he’s loud, unfriendly and disrespectful. If he’s white, it’s because he’s loud, unfriendly and disrespectful.
However if he’s non-white, you don’t like him because you’re a racist.
That’s right; “diversity” is just another way to marginalize the WASP culture that made this great country (such things as showing up for work on time, raising a family with a spouse, etc.).
