Lawlessness doesn’t come from the people but from the government. The government of Mexico is a cesspool. Granted, Holder & Obama are not much better.
Oh - I have almost nothing good to say about the government...here or there, for that matter!
But, as for the citizens? Well, just like in the US...there are many who work hard, love their families and want things to be different and better for their children - that was who I was referencing in my comments!
