Too bad one wasn't available at my local Lowe's. They just lost $5000 in business because no one could be bothered to help customers in the appliance section...not once, but twice. I spent my money at a local appliance store, where we were greeted as we entered the store. And the person helping us had been there 35 years, so he knew his stuff.

I only needed a few ceiling tile and Lowe’s checker treated me like a freak, refusing to sell less than a carton. So I went to Menards, bought what I needed and haven’t been back to Lowe’s.
The flip side, however, is going to HH Gregg and having determined, commission-salesboys stalking you after letting them know more than once that you’re just looking. Haven’t been back there either.
