After meeting with several out of town clergy yesterday, she has decided to withdraw the subpoena's altogether. At least that's the spin here in the Houston area.

If she'd just put the transgender restroom issue to citizen vote, that'd take care of the lawsuit against the City as well.

If she gave a rat’s ass about what the majority of citizen voters wanted she wouldn’t be a Gay-Agenda-Leftist.

Agree about the vote, but the article in this thread and others I’ve read clearly indicate to me that she does not want to deal with the hassle and expense of defending her indefensible “bathroom” ordinance. It constantly amazes me how often these libs try to ignore the Constitution.
