Obama held an African Nations Leaders Summit back in June. What promises and pay-offs took place at that time which triggered his sudden motivation on this issue?

Commitments were made to foreign nationals over American interests and constitution. There is big interests behind this. Who or what are they? It's quite out in the open and obvious. African leaders couldn't give an ebola infested rats a$$ about their herds of people. They cull them as sport there.

We need to get to the bottom of this.

It would seem that the Director of the CDC certainly bought the “fledgling democracies” line. I wonder if Obola committed our 4,000 troops during that summit meeting. Not to mention, if whatever our troops are doing over there isn’t good enough to provide treatment for the non-US citizens that Obola plans on bringing here, then get our troops out of there.
