To: The Ghost of FReepers Past

He didn’t run from the paternity case; he was never notified of the case.

The summons officer stated that he delivered the summons, but the man refused to sign the paperwork. However, research showed that at that time this man was in JAIL, so he couldn’t have been served the summons at a house!

This is a case of the system screwing him and then screwing him because he got screwed! THIS IS WRONG!

Yes I believe he never got the summons in the late ‘80s. I was talking about when he found out about it in the ‘90s. Maybe I misunderstood something.
