Actually, the CDC has now changed their position and now state that Ebola CAN be transmitted via airborne transmission up to 3 feet away through spittle, sneezing, coughing, and puking. This is something which the WHO has been stating since 2011
Sneeze droplets can go much farther than 3 feet
