Are they talking about the non-citizens who don’t really exist or are they talking about the FOREIGN citizens who are in this country and require foreign language ballots to corrupt the vote?

I have a hard time believing the States haven’t taken drastic action to clean up the voter roles. There are a bunch of them with Republican legislatures and governors.
