After 2012 one of the media “numbers” guys (Barone?) wrote an interesting article about 21st century vote fraud.

He said old style box stuffing was no longer required. Instead, if you had a good IT data mining operation it wasn’t too hard. Given the vast amount of data from the Census Bureau, coupled with voting records and your own internal polling, it wouldn’t be hard to identify and make targets of individual key precincts - precincts,not cities or counties - that would sway the tide in your direction even if it means some small numbers(harder to catch) fraud to get the desired result.
(D) reportedly have very good capabilities now, aided by Google people so it’s quite possible such things happened.

Maybe this partially explains those 100% (D) results in many places and so on.

I’ve tried but failed to find that article.
