Tomorrow, October 28, Governor Tom Corbett (R) will sign House Bill 80 into law, strengthening Pennsylvanias firearm preemption statute. This bill takes effect in sixty days. After four years of hard work, your NRA looks forward to this momentous event in a culmination of all the efforts that NRA members, Second Amendment supporters and Pennsylvania legislators finally accomplished.
