When DeLay was indicted in 2005, most people around the country did not understand how politically motivated the left-wing Travis County District Attorney was.

Nine years to resolve this bogus indictment, meanwhile DeLay's political career destroyed, legal bills probably in the seven-figure region, not to mention stress in the personal and family life. All because the Dems seek to criminalize political behavior. People on our side need to wisen-up that the Dems play this as a blood sport (see Wisconsin currently... or Rick Perry) and start playing hardball, sliding into third spikes up.
