They also wrongly "reported" on August 14 that officer Bryan P. Willman was the Ferguson cop who shot Michael Brown. This group has zero credibility.

Isn’t it October 26th still?
I’d say on this one they are right, but not because of the credibility of the looney tunes lefty protest group involved.
The Justice Dept. has probably been slowly letting the cat out of the bag. I think it’s in the belief that the “shock” of no indictment will be softened by the leaked information regarding the forensics, witnesses and outcome.
I’d guess that the administration wants there to be rage before election day, but as little violence as possible. They’ve gotten all the political points they can out of it, and are afraid of getting tarred by any rioting that may occur, and to my mind that would be justifiable. They initially fanned the flames and are now afraid of the fire they helped start, or at the very least looked the other way instead of pouring water on the issue when it started.
I’d guess that in exchange for the timing of the announcement, the Feds won’t fight the no-bill of Wilson.
Just guesses on my part, but if it was just a matter of gathering and judging the facts, they’d announce the grand jury decision before election day. At this point, why on earth should they wait, for new information?
Unlike the Trayvon Martin fiasco, this one is pretty cut and dried...Wilson killed Brown in a lawful manner, and there’s loads of evidence and witnesses to prove it. Zimmerman had little enough of either, and the jury still saw through the BS that the media was putting out.
The hell with the “anonymous” reports, I will believe it when and if the Grand Jury No bills him. Until then, I will just assume that he [Officer Wilson] will be indicted because this is what the politicians, both Black and White, from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. to the City Hall Of Ferguson, MO, including the MO Governor want. Whether t happens or doesn’t happen remains yet to be seen.
